My healing career started many years ago with the very traditional path of nursing. Along the way, I saw the need for more comprehensive healing that not only complemented my foundation of medicine but also included all levels of mind, body, and spirit.

I went on to graduate from Solidago School of Massage & Holistic Health in January 2008 as a licensed massage therapist. This ignited my passion for alternative therapies of which I now consider myself a life long learner. I have furthered my studies through extensive workshops and courses in reiki, aromatherapy, foot reflexology, polarity, crystals, cupping, and herbs.

It is with this diverse background that I will draw upon to individualize your therapeutic massage. I will not only target your stress knots and tension but I will help you to unwind, leaving you recharged with a sense of balance and well-being.
